새로운
AVR-2807 모델은 저렴한 금액대의 제품이다. 하지만 상급기인 AVR-4306에서 볼 수 있는 동일한 종류의
HDMI 스위칭과 480p 아날로그 비디오 소스 업컨버전 기능을 적용하고 있다. 또한
정교한 HDMI와 함께 AVR-2807은 데논으로부터 기대할 수 있는 채널당 110W의 출력, Audyssey MultEQ
XT 설정/측정 기능, 그리고 통합 위성 라디오를 위한 XM Connect-and-Play 지원과 같은 특징을 모두 포함하고
있다. 게다가 AVR-2807은 HDMI를 통하여 1080p의 고해상도 신호를 통과시킬 수 있도록 제작 되었다.
그리고 2807 모델은 4306에서 볼 수 있는 다이렉트 iPod/MP3 커넥터가 없는 대신 데논이 올해에 발표할
계획에 있는 새로운 iPod dock과 호환이 가능하도록 탑재하였다. AVR-2807과 연결하면, 이 덕(dock)은
2807 리모컨을 이용하여 오디오, 포토, 그리고 비디오 재생 컨트롤 기능을 사용할 수 있다.
